Travelers flock from all over the world to visit our little corner of paradise in St. Augustine. Between historic marvels and irresistible dining options, it’s no surprise people love this beach town. The Fish Camp family is so happy to join the variety of great restaurants on this side of town. Whether you boat in from downtown Jax or are traveling from across the country, it’s important to plan your time wisely while in St. Augustine.

One of the best ways to experience historic St. Augustine is via boat. Read on for our favorite places to visit while cruising the north Florida waters.

Explore the Old City When You Dock at the Municipal Marina

The streets of the oldest city are just a few steps away from these centrally located boat slips. Explore the city’s charming boutiques, delicious chocolate shops and bustling bars. It’s important to plan ahead if you want to include this stop on your agenda! With only 96 slips, boaters must plan weeks in advance to reserve a spot.

Tie Up Your Boat at St. Augustine Fish Camp

One of the most exciting features of our latest restaurant endeavor is its accessibility to the water. After a long day on the boat, nothing beats some ice-cold cocktails and fresh seafood. Kick back and relax with impressive waterfront views at St. Augustine Fish Camp. Some of our favorite post-boating dishes include:

  • Smoked Fish Spread with Toasted Melba
  • Pan Fried Fish Sandwich with French Fries and Turnip Slaw
  • Grilled Octopus & White Bean Salad

Catch Some Live Music at Conch House Marina

Conch House Marina is a well-established waterfront locale in the historic city. This 194-slip boating destination offers clean facilities and a sun-soaked restaurant. This is a great spot to pop in for a drink and some relaxing music.

St. Augustine Fish Camp is the Spot for Great Food and Perfect Views

2020 hasn’t been easy for anyone, but there are a few positives that have come from it. The introduction of St. Augustine Fish Camp to this historic lively food scene is something to celebrate.

Had a great experience here! We made reservations and we were promptly seated. The service was amazing. Tanner came to deliver our drinks and gave us a history lesson on pilsner beers! He was great at helping my husband choose a beer he loved. I had the red sangria and it was so good. The food was amazing and so were the people – can’t wait to go back!
